You’ve got that one clothing item that you love, but usually wear it with that one go-to outfit, right? You don’t usually cling to it because you don’t appreciate your other clothes, but because you might not be sure how to wear it any other way.
(It’s okay to admit it. I know I do.)
In this post I’ll show you not only three different outfits, but three different fashion styles. Every girl has that day when she wants to be one of the following: a) Glam Chic, which is more elegant, b) Bohemian chic, which is more relaxed but still gorgeous, or c) Edgy Chic, which is more audacious but still cool.
The common denominator in these outfits is a black circle skirt from H&M. The skirt has a slight shine to it, so it may seem exclusively elegant. However, when you pair it with the right clothing items, its purpose can transform from day to night.
Don’t take my word for it, though. See for yourself.
1. Glam Chic
Blouse: Forever 21 / heels: Shoemint.com / clutch: thrifted
2. Bohemian Chic
Studded tunic: H&M / Gladiator sandals: urbanog.com / purse: thrifted / bangles: Forever 21 and Target
3. Edgy Chic
Cargo Jacket: Forever 21 / studded combat boots: Steve Madden / watch: Target
So there you have it: one skirt with three different looks. If you’re loving these looks, you can jot down my sources and create them, too — or even create a whole new look. <3
So…what’s the go-to item in your closet, and how do you flip it to make new looks?
